When you're in the professional hands of a Starfingers Unley therapist, a manicure or pedicure can also be a wonderful chance to relax and de-stress. 
We file and shape the nail's free edge, push back cuticles, massage and apply polish.
Our Deluxe option includes all of the above and a deep moisturising Paraffin wax treatment.

Hint: because of their constant exposure to the elements and chemicals, hands are usually the first place to show signs of ageing. A regular exfoliating and moisturising manicure helps get rid of old skin cells and encourage regeneration. 

Acrylic Nails

We are proud of our reputation as Adelaide's Acrylic nail specialist salon. We add length to your nail with a tip or form and shorten and shape.
A mixture of liquid and powder is positioned onto the nail with a brush. When hardened, it is filed smooth and polish or gel polish is applied.
Refill required around 3 weeks.

Gel Polish

Gel nail polish is much like regular polish but dries instantly under an LED lamp, giving a  salon quality manicure in just minutes. The colour withstands chipping or peeling and  the polish stays just as shiny from one week to the next, leaving wearers with a beautiful manicure from application to removal.
​Colour and glitter gels can be used for dazzling effect! 
Lasts up to 3 weeks.

Dip Powder Nails

For those who prefer the Dip Powder process, we’ll ensure you are delighted with your long-lasting, chic manicure. We skilfully apply a blend of resin and coloured powder which hardens in the air, alleviating the need for any UV lighting to cure or dry it. There’s no need to paint or touch-up until you are ready to redo in approximately 2+ weeks.
